A nonprofit by athletes, for athletes
Helping injured athletes keep moving forward
The Juggle Project sends free juggling kits to athletes recovering from injuries — a fun, focused way to stay active, sharpen hand-eye coordination, and hold onto hope through rehab.
Our Mission
An injury can stop a season — it shouldn't stop the drive behind it. The Juggle Project gives recovering athletes a simple, challenging activity that keeps hand-eye coordination sharp, builds patience and focus, and protects the one thing rehab can quietly take: momentum.
Coordination
Juggling trains the same hand-eye timing and reaction speed athletes rely on — even while a knee or shoulder heals.
Resilience
You will drop the balls — a lot. Picking them back up is the whole point, and it mirrors the grind of getting back to play.
Focus
A steady cascade demands full attention — a clear-headed break from surgery dates, setbacks, and rehab boredom.
Momentum
Small daily wins — one more catch, one more round — keep an athlete progressing when the body has to slow down.
How It Works
From sidelined to in motion, in four steps
Requesting a kit takes a couple of minutes. We handle the rest — and shipping is always free to the athlete.
An athlete gets injured
An ACL tear, a surgery, a long rehab — the season pauses and the restlessness sets in.
A request is submitted
The athlete, a parent, coach, or trainer fills out a short form below. No cost, no catch.
We send a kit
A juggling book and a set of beginner-friendly balls arrive in the mail, ready to learn from day one.
They keep moving forward
Learn, drop, retry, land it. Coordination and confidence build catch by catch.
The Founder's Story
"Dear Fellow Athlete,"
Like you, I faced the difficult battle of rehabbing a sports injury. When a torn ACL sidelined me from soccer, karate, and baseball in 2024, I channeled that restless energy into mastering the art of juggling. That unexpected journey taught me patience, perseverance, and lightning-fast hand-eye coordination.
So in 2025, I started The Juggle Project to support other athletes. Now I'm back on the field playing the sports I love, while juggling keeps fueling my drive for challenge, curiosity, and celebration. I hope you'll find juggling fun, too.
